A multi–cultural assembly of Oakland business owners, led by Oakland Business Collective, an African American group of entertainment professionals and community activists, will host a series of Town Hall meetings that address many of the issues that impact the health, safety and well-being of Oakland residents and small businesses.
Oakland Business Collective (OBC) is a newly-formed group of longtime friends, all reputed arts and entertainment professionals, who decided to join forces, combine resources and make a difference. The collective’s goal is to revitalize Oakland’s arts and entertainment scene.
Their ongoing mission is to explore, identify and make strategic investments and create foundational opportunities that promote job creation and sustainable, generational wealth-building in Oakland’s African American community.
